Job Title: Project Manager (Cmed Technology)


Cmed is an innovative and forward-thinking eCRO uniquely combining full clinical research services with its own advanced award winning clinical data capture and management technology solution, Timaeus. Reporting directly to the Head of Project Management this role encompasses the responsibilities of both the delivery of Timaeus (and related technologies) on a “Software as a Service” (SaaS) basis, as well as those of commercial software development. 


Core Responsibilities



  • To be the key client contact for assigned projects and ensure that all client issues are addressed and suitable resolution implemented in a timely manner

  • Organise the preparation, review, and finalisation of required project documentation

  • Collate and negotiate project timelines and communication plan with assigned clients, ensuring ongoing maintenance and communication to all stakeholders

  • Support inter-department communication and resolve conflict of resource/interest through the appropriate line managers

  • Manage the client contact, agreement and upgrade of Timaeus study versions ensuring appropriate weight is given to risk assessment, testing and acceptance criteria

  • Ensure contractual project obligations are communicated and understood by all team members

  • Support the collation of new Timaeus requirements arising from assigned projects, to include provision of suitable business cases, to the relevant internal development team

  • Provide guidance/mentoring for the management of Timaeus system validation processes for customer acceptance

Essential Work Experience and Qualifications



  • At least 6 years experience in the clinical trials environment with a good understanding of the drug development process

  • Strong grasp and appreciation of GCP/GCLPComputer literate, experience of working with Microsoft Office (including Project)

  • Experience of customer relationship management

  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables in dynamic customer facing environment
